Terms of Use

These terms form an agreement between you and Aizona Studios ("we", "us") and apply whenever you use this website or any of our mobile applications. By using them, you accept these terms.

Using our products

You may use our products for your own personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute the apps or their content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Interfere with the service, or access it through automated means
• Use the products to break the law or infringe someone else's rights

Accounts

Some features require an account. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features are paid, usually as an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play, and their terms apply alongside these.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — we cannot cancel it for you
• Refunds are governed by the store you purchased through. Please direct refund requests to Apple or Google
• We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be notified before a change affects them

Accuracy of information

Our products may provide guidance, checklists, estimates, or reference information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only and is not professional, legal, financial, or immigration advice. Requirements set by governments, embassies, and other third parties change frequently. Always confirm critical details with the relevant official source before acting.

Intellectual property

We own the software, design, text, and branding in our products. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. Any content you submit remains yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service.

Availability

We aim to keep our products running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice where a change materially affects paid users.

Liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or costs arising from a rejected application or a missed deadline. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending this agreement

You may stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
