This policy explains what personal data Aizona Studios ("we", "us") collects through this website and our mobile applications, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

What we collect

Information you give us

When you email us or create an account in one of our apps, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

Our apps and website collect limited technical data needed to operate and improve the service: device type, operating system version, app version, language, approximate region, and anonymised usage events such as which screens are opened.

Purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple and Google. We never see or store your card details. We receive only the purchase status needed to unlock the features you paid for.

Why we process it

• To provide the features you asked for, and to keep your account working
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
• To understand which features are used, so we know what to improve
• To answer your support requests
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our products — for hosting, crash reporting, and analytics. They process data only on our instructions and only for the purposes above. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must keep records for legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR in the EEA/UK and the KVKK in Türkiye — you may ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
• Delete your data
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Transfer your data to another provider

Email info@aizonastudios.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
